30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Original tags must still be attached
Footwear must be tried on only on clean, indoor surfaces
Items must be in their original packaging
Non-returnable items (for hygiene and safety reasons):
Underwear, socks, face masks
Final sale items (clearly marked)
Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Contact us at returns@edgarmarner.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will send you a return authorization and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Return Shipping Cost
For damaged/wrong items: we cover the cost (free return label)
For size changes or change of mind: customer pays return shipping
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5–7 business days), we will notify you.
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, then contact us.
